Processing times may vary depending on the product and customization requested.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Some items/colors may not be in stock and available at the time of placing the order and will be on on backorder, which will ship as soon as available. 

BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs.com is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.  BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs.com is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information submitted by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier,  BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on their country’s regulations.
