Welcome to BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs.com, by purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Some items/colors may not be in stock and available at the time of placing the order and will be on on backorder, which will ship as soon as available. 

 BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs.com   reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or product availability.

All prices displayed on the website are listed in your selected currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on your region.

Processing & Shipping

Processing times may vary depending on the product and customization requested.

BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs.com is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.  BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs.com is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information submitted by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier,  BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on their country’s regulations.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs.com does not offer refunds on Wigs or hair products.

We only offer exchanges / Store Credit within 7 days of delivery for eligible items AND must be approved by BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs.com prior to returning 

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • Lace must remain uncut
  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging
  • No alterations, coloring, styling, washing, or customization may have been made

  BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs.com reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet our policy requirements.

Custom Orders

All custom wigs and requested alterations to wigs are final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

By purchasing a custom product, or making a Special Customization Request the customer acknowledges and accepts that the item is made specifically to their requested preferences.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

By completing a purchase with BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs.com the customer agrees to these terms and confirms that they are the authorized cardholder.

Any fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes made after receiving products will be investigated thoroughly.

BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs.com reserves the right to provide evidence to payment providers including:

  • Proof of delivery
  • Tracking confirmation
  • Order confirmation
  • Customer communication
  • Billing and shipping information
  • IP address verification

Fraudulent claims may result in refusal of future purchases and possible Legal Action.

Product Disclaimer

Because some products are made from natural hair and custom materials, slight variations in color, texture, density, or length may occur.

 BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs.com does not guarantee exact color matches due to screen settings, lighting, and natural product variations.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, images, videos, product descriptions, and designs, belongs to BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs.com and may not be copied or used without written permission.
