Return Policy

Refunds are issued in the form of Store Credit ONLY. 

**Any Cancellation of Orders MUST be made within 1 hour of placing the order.  We ship all In Stock and Open Box items same or next day, Monday-Friday. Some are shipped immediately upon receipt. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING IT. 

Customers may cancel or exchange their order within one hour of placing it as long as it has not been processed or shipped. Beyond this one hour window we can not guarantee that a cancelation will be successful. 

A CANCELLATION FEE will apply if you choose to cancel your order.

Please submit an exchange request with 7 days of receiving your order.

There is a 20% restocking fee + Shipping costs for approved exchanges through the return requirements and have passed all inspections. Returns that fail inspection will require a higher restocking fee. 

Approved Returns must meet the following criteria:

* Contacted us within 7 days of order delivery 

* Product is in factory condition: All tags and labels still factory attached, item is in original condition (zigzag part must still be intact & not combed out if previously had one)

  • Product must be unworn. (Exception of trying on) 
  • Product has not been shaken out, brushed or styled in any way. Free of any damage and odors. Please be aware that No styling products may have been used.

*Item sent in their boxes must be shipped back in original box 

* Any promotional items and gifts received must be returned with product 

Returns that do not meet all above requirements may not be eligible for return and/or charged a higher restocking fee. 

Products returned in poor condition or damaged will be ineligible for return and will be shipped back to you at your cost. 

**Unauthorized returns sent to BEAUTY ALCHEMY will be refused or a higher restocking fee will be deducted from store credit

**BUYER is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

****BEAUTY ALCHEMY is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
