Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs does not offer refunds on wigs or hair products.
We only offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. All exchanges just be approved prior to return shipping. Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost of an exchange is approved.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- Lace must remain uncut
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging
- No alterations of any kind, coloring, styling, washing, or customization may have been made
BEAUTY ALCHEMY /BAwigs reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet our policy requirements.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
By completing a purchase with BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs, the customer agrees to these terms and confirms that they agree to these terms.
Any fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes made after receiving products will be investigated thoroughly.
BEAUTY ALCHEMY / BAwigs reserves the right to provide evidence to payment providers including:
- Proof of delivery
- Tracking confirmation
- Order confirmation
- Customer communication
- Billing and shipping information
- IP address verification
Fraudulent claims may result in refusal of future purchases and possible legal action.
